The M5 Multi Gym has a fully adjustable seat and backrest, with an easily adjustable press station with a free motion cable system to improve mobility and coordination. Accessories also include lat bar, curl bar, strap handles, ankle strap, seated row bar and two exercise placards. Also featured is the seated leg curl station for shaping glutes and strengthening hamstring muscles. Two weight stacks enable two people to train simultaneously. Exercises include chest press, incline press, supported row, fly, leg extensions, seated hamstring curl, preacher curls, pull downs, tricep pushdown, hyper extension, lateral raise and calf raises.

You only initially pay for the first 4 weeks rent, and a deposit (if applicable) and a delivery charge (if applicable). Subsequent rent will be charged every 4 weeks to your credit card or debit card until you give us 7 days’ notice in writing, prior to agreed hire term expiring
