the skills and experience I have gained over the years. My inspiration for establishing Hire Fitness in the North of Ireland has been a combination of several factors. Having always trained and played sport I recognise the importance of physical exercise. Indeed, healthy body, healthy mind was the policy my late father adopted throughout his life as a hard working farmer and he firmly believed that keeping physically fit and healthy was particularly important and it is something that I strongly believe in. However, with the time demands of modern day living and busy lifestyles, it is becoming increasingly more difficult for families to find a balance between work, raising a family and devoting enough time to exercise. My own experience of finding the right balance meant that the gym regularly had to take a “back seat”. Since starting Hire Fitness, I encounter many who just like me were struggling to get enough regular exercise and also many that just felt the modern gym environment wasn’t really their thing. The alternative option was to hire a treadmill or hire an exercise bike anywhere in Ireland and we deliver and set up the equipment up for you ready to use. At Hire Fitness we have a wide range of quality cardio and strength equipment available to hire and we also offer our customers discounted and flexible methods to eventually buy the equipment if they so wish.
For commercial use we have an equivalent fully commercial gym range suitable for any busy gym environment, personal trainers or workplace gyms. Hire Fitness is now the largest Fitness Equipment Hire company in Europe, covering nearly 100% of the UK including Ireland. We have over 15 years experience in providing clients with state-of-the-art Fitness Equipment in both the home and commercial environment.
