Diary of a Taekwon-Do Champ

Here’s another in our range of Hire Fitness sponsors Taekwon-Do Champ where we follow Damian Smith in the run up to the Eurpean Taekwon-do championships in Minsk, Belarus next month.  Here’s what the diary of a champ looks like; Damian’s been working hard again over the last week to prepare himself for this life changing event.  We wish him every success in Minsk – we think he’ll smash it.
