The Inspire Fitness FID (Flat, Incline, Decline) adjustable weight and dumbbell bench is a commercial duty bench that can be used at multiple angles for correct body positioning on each exercise. The comfort back pad for has 6 positions for decline, flat and incline exercises. Heavy duty contoured naugahyde pads provide excellent support, and wheels mounted to the base allow you to roll the bench into position.
You only initially pay for the first 4 weeks rent upfront, plus a delivery fee. Rent will then be charged every 4 weeks to your credit or debit card until you provide 7 days written notice before the end of the agreed hire term. Some remote areas of the UK may have a higher minimum hire period or a higher delivery charge.
