Hi I'm Tim
I've been running my Franchise since August 2006 after coming from a background in Health and Fitness. I graduated with a Higher National Diploma in the Science and Management of Health and Fitness in 1995. Since then I have worked in a number of major Health Clubs before leaving to start my own Personal training business and studio. I decided to join the Hire Fitness team because of its unique position within the Health and fitness market and its great reputation.
