My storey: I'm very fit and go to the gym regularly, however my holdiays were booked and I really wanted to get rid of my "love handles" No matter what I did, I simply couldn't shift them, UNTIL NOW.
MAGIC!!! I took the 3 measurements as advised, around the belly button, 2 inches below and 2 inches above. After 3 weeks I had lost 2 inches from the middle, 1 1/4 inches from the top and 1 1/2 inches from the bottom measurement.
As I'm under 9 stone these are HUGE amounts to loose and as I said, nothing else has worked in the past.
