Hire Fitness is at the X Factor house again this year! We are delighted to announce that we have installed a professional quality gym into the X Factor house in London for the contestants to help them achieve their dream in 2011. They are way too busy on the programme to find time to get to a gym so Paul Healey, Managing Director of Hire Fitness says 'We took the gym to them'. They can now work out whenever they get a spare moment in the house in the knowledge that a fit body results in a fit mind, increased stamina and a better chance of winning the X Factor!
