In 20 years of trying and failing to stick at any exercise regime, I finally found a workout, with your Vibration Plate, that I not only stuck to but actually really enjoyed. If you or your company would like to discuss your requirements to hire fitness equipment between July and September 2012 then it is advisable to book as early as possible as demand will undoubtedly be very high nearer the time!
